ServiceMaster Services in Richmond, VA is looking for a General Cleaner to join our team. You will provide janitorial services and supervision for client offices in the Downtown Richmond area, with consistent hours and pay.

The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, offering a 40-hour workweek and travel as needed. The ideal candidate is reliable, capable of working independently, and comfortable performing cleaning tasks to maintain a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with client contacts, building occupants, and co-workers.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

• Physically able to stand for the shift and perform cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Location: Downtown Richmond - Cary St. Area
• Pay: $19/hr
• Hours: M-F - 8:00am-5:00pm - (40 hours/week) - some travel expected

Job Duties

• Consistently provide a clean, secure and safe environment for the occupants of this facility.
• Perform cleaning tasks which will include trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, mopping and restroom cleaning.
• Effectively and cost-efficiently execute the cleaning plan for the building.
• Work productively with your ServiceMaster team members.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt responses to customer requests and concerns.
