The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience, deep knowledge of spirits, and an active alcohol-server certification. The role requires late nights and weekend availability, with competitive earnings and benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k)

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of high-volume bartending or mixology experience.
• Deep knowledge of spirits, wine, craft beer, garnishing techniques, and flavor pairing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Active state/local alcohol server certification required.
• Flexible schedule including late nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Craft and innovate with a diverse menu of cocktails and house infusions.
• Welcome guests, guide them through the beverage menu, and offer recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and assist with opening/closing tasks.
• Adhere to alcohol serving regulations and verify IDs.
• Collaborate with floor staff, kitchen team, and management to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
