Foothills Milling Company Inc in Maryville, TN is seeking a creative Bartender/Mixologist to join our founding team at our downtown venue. You will craft memorable cocktails, guide guests through the menu, and contribute to seasonal drink specials in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment.

The role requires 2–3 years of high-volume bartending, knowledge of spirits, and active server certification; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

• Active state/local alcohol server certification (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol).

As a key player in our new downtown venue, you won’t just be pouring drinks—you will be crafting memorable sensory experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate possesses a deep knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, flavor profiles, and modern mixology techniques, combined with an infectious energy and a dedication to top-tier hospitality.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of high-volume bartending or dedicated mixology experience, preferably in an upscale, craft cocktail lounge, or energetic downtown environment.

Knowledge: Deep understanding of spirits, wine, craft beer, garnishing techniques, and flavor pairing principles.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stay calm, organized, and positive under pressure during high-volume shifts.

Certification: Active state/local alcohol server certification (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, or equivalent) is required prior to start date.

Availability: Flexible schedule, including availability to work late nights and weekends.
