Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel premises regularly to deter security threats.
• Monitor CCTV, fire alarms, and access control systems.
• Respond to emergencies, alarms and incidents promptly.
• Control access to restricted areas for authorized personnel.
• Enforce hotel rules in a professional manner.
• Write clear incident and daily activity reports.
• Assist guests and employees with safety concerns.
• Coordinate with local emergency services as needed.
• Investigate property damage, theft or suspicious activity.
• Support crowd control during events and high-occupancy periods.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
