Job summary

The Industrialist Pittsburgh is seeking a Bartender to craft cocktails, beer, and wine for guests in our signature restaurant and bar. You will greet guests, take orders, prepare beverages to standard recipes, and maintain a clean, well-stocked bar throughout shifts.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of bartending or high-volume experience, knowledge of drink recipes and POS systems, and a commitment to responsible alcohol service and accurate cash handling.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bartending certification preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
• Greet and engage guests, take orders, and provide recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area, including counters, equipment, and glassware.
• Restock liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Process payments accurately using POS systems; handle cash and tabs responsibly.
