Job summary

Omni Dallas Hotel is seeking enthusiastic bartenders to join the Hops & Hens team. You will deliver exceptional guest service, maintain a clean, professional bar, and ensure every guest has a memorable experience.

Responsibilities include crafting drinks, upselling food and beverages, restocking, and ensuring compliance with liquor laws in a fast-paced setting. Flexible scheduling and employee perks are offered.

Qualifications

• Stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Effective communication by telephone and in person.
• Basic MICROS knowledge.
• Regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Previous cash handling experience.
• Valid Texas TABC & Food Handler certification upon hire if not already certified.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment engaging guests.
• Flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve properly mixed and proportioned drinks in a timely manner.
• Maintain a high-quality bar environment with knowledge of liquors, beers and wines.
• Upsell and suggest food and beverage to guests.
• Restock bar with essential products and equipment.
• Observe liquor liability laws and check IDs.
• Monitor alcohol intake and ensure responsible service.
• Communicate with guests and respond to feedback.
