Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a STEM field with several years of related experience.
• Experience with process-scale chromatography and filtration.
• Experience operating chromatography workstations and process skids (ÄKTA).
• Knowledge of protein purification principles, scale-up concepts, and chromatography methods.
• Strong GDP knowledge and technical document authoring.
• Ability to design, execute, analyze and troubleshoot complex experiments under tight timelines.
• Proficiency with MS Office and lab/manufacturing software.

Responsibilities

• Perform downstream purification experiments, including automated chromatography and filtration.
• Develop and optimize early-phase downstream purification methods.
• Lead tech transfer and scale-up activities into cGMP manufacturing.
• Communicate project status and results to internal/external stakeholders.
• Author and review GMP-compliant technical documents and batch records.
• Mentor junior staff and analyze complex data.
