Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.
• 3–10 years of experience in Production Planning, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, Materials Management, or Demand Planning.
• Experience in manufacturing with production scheduling, inventory planning, and capacity management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems supporting planning and manufacturing operations.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Demonstrated drive for continuous improvement and operational excellence in fast-paced manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage short- and long-term production plans to meet demand.
• Create and maintain Master Production Schedules (MPS).
• Ensure material availability and inventory optimization (raw materials, WIP, finished goods).
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Materials for continuity and risk mitigation.
• Analyze capacity constraints and bottlenecks; plan improvements for throughput.
• Support workforce, tooling, and capacity planning.
• Coordinate production priorities with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Logistics, Demand Planning, and Sales for SIOP.
• Communicate production risks and recovery plans to stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs: schedule attainment, on-time delivery, inventory, capacity, service levels, lead times.
• Drive Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop planning teams; support growth and performance goals.
