Job summary

Dura-Line, an Orbia Connectivity Solutions business, is hiring a Night Shift Line Operator 1 in Evansville, WY. You will operate equipment, assist with reels, and ensure quality while following safety procedures.

Responsibilities include measuring, documenting inventory, and supporting start-ups. The role requires safety awareness, basic math, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat and noise.

Qualifications

• High school education preferred.
• Basic math/measurement reading comprehension skills.
• At least 6 months of equipment or machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to maintain safety, quality and attention to detail in repetitive activities.
• Experience using measuring devices and hand tools.
• Ability to follow work instructions and use basic math.
• Material handling or forklift experience preferred.
• Physical requirements include standing for 12 hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Collaborate with team members so orders are wound onto reels correctly.
• Ensure neat wraps on reels.
• Cut, tie off, and cap conduit when reels are complete.
• Monitor print and footage and make corrections as needed.
• Perform checks for product and packaging requirements.
• Complete paperwork for inventory transactions.
• Assist the Line Operator during start-ups and support with cutting and reel changes.
• Participate in training, safety, and continuous improvement activities.
• Report unsafe conditions and broken equipment.

The compensation for this position is typically start at $20.25/Hour.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation.
