Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH in Fremont, CA, is seeking a Manufacturing Associate for downstream operations on a swing shift (Sunday–Wednesday: 3:00 PM–1:30 AM PST; Wed 3:00 PM–11:30 AM). The role performs routine unit operations in a multi‑product facility, documents work per cGMP, and supports quality and safety programs.

The position requires a high school diploma and relevant GMP experience; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required; cGMP experience preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• One year or more in a GMP environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate routine downstream unit operations in a multi-product facility.
• Perform CIP/SIP, buffer prep, and sampling per SOPs and training.
• Document work in compliance with cGMP and cGDP standards.
• Support inventory, SOP updates, and safety practices.
• Train other technicians and contribute to quality investigations.
