Responsibilities

• Perform complex unit operations under supervision in chromatographic, tangential flow filtration, and filtration steps.
• Carry out CIP/SIP of tanks and lines, buffer prep, and transfers.
• Support testing like spectrophotometry, pH, and conductivity measurements.
• Maintain equipment, stock consumables, and update SOP binders.
• Document work per cGMP and cGDP; report anomalies promptly.
• Maintain 5S and participate in QA investigations and area walks.
