Job summary

Zoetis in Lincoln, NE, is seeking a Downstream Processing teammate for second shift. You will perform downstream processing of active biological ingredients, learn filtration, concentration, centrifugation, and chromatography, and maintain a safe, compliant work environment.

Responsibilities include learning SOPs, GMPs, documentation, and equipment maintenance. Weekend/holiday overtime may be required. This full-time role offers a path in a leading animal health manufacturing site.

Qualifications

• Minimum High school degree or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of PC using window-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safe work habits and maintain a safe work environment.
• Learn downstream processing techniques such as centrifugation, concentration, sterile filtration, purification through chromatography and dispensing of bacterial antigens.
• Train in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and comply with SOPs and documentation.
• Demonstrate reliability in attendance and punctuality.
• Learn to operate, clean, and perform maintenance on equipment such as fermentors, centrifuges, and filtration units.
