Responsibilities

Execute drug product manufacturing following GMP guidelines.
Prepare buffers and media for downstream processing.
Operate chromatography systems for protein purification.
Perform tangential flow filtration and viral filtration.
Carry out aseptic processing in a clean room with contamination controls.
Maintain accurate GMP-compliant documentation of activities.
Troubleshoot equipment issues in downstream processing.
