Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC seeks a qualified manufacturing professional to lead aseptic operations in a fast-paced cleanroom. Responsibilities include cell expansion, bioreactor operations, purification via TFF and chromatography, and product filling, with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and compliance.

The role requires 3–4 years in manufacturing, strong GMP knowledge, and ability to train junior staff while ensuring audit readiness and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• GMP/GDP awareness and hands-on experience in aseptic environments.
• Proven aseptic practices and clean room operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing processes in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily production operations within a cleanroom environment (cell expansion, bioreactor operations, purification, filtration, product filling).
• Maintain audit readiness, inventory, and training records; support CAPA and deviations.
• Train junior manufacturing associates and participate in continuous improvement projects.
