Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Team Leader to supervise personnel, align production with Lean principles, and maintain a safe, efficient facility. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure cGMP compliance, and drive continuous improvement in aseptic manufacturing.

Applicants should have a BS in biological sciences and 3+ years in bio/pharmaceutical manufacturing, including cleanroom experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• BS in biological sciences or related discipline.
• Two years supervisory and 3+ years bio/pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
• Fundamental understanding and experience with cleanroom environments, aseptic manufacturing principles, and general packaging operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel and operational needs to ensure production of efficacious, safe, and high-quality products in a Lean manner.
• Provide leadership and clear/concise communication inside and outside of their area of responsibility.
• Meet Corporate, APHIS, and cGMP quality aseptic standards and comply with SOPs; ensure training for colleagues.
