Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma required.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills expected.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Proficiency in SAP and other relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to identify tool requirements and provide accurate recommendations.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Monitor parts lead times and changes; report as needed.
• Participate in HSE/SQ meetings and trade shows to promote products.
• Assist in developing standardized processes to enhance support operations.
• Provide feedback on customer requirements to product teams.
• Report unsafe behaviors to supervisor or safety representative.
• Act with authority on QHSE grounds to stop operations if risk to people or property exists.
