Job summary

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a DoWIN Operations Specialist (Secret) in Alexandria, VA. You will provide onsite operational, technical, and cybersecurity support for the DMDC under the Cyber PRIMES contract, ensuring availability, security, and continuity of DoD network services and incident response.

You will work with government stakeholders, cyber personnel, system admins, and service providers to resolve issues, maintain mission readiness, and support secure delivery of DMDC services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, CS or cybersecurity.
• 3–5 years of enterprise IT, network ops, sys admin, or cybersecurity experience.
• Active Secret clearance required per contract.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite operational support for DMDC DoWIN environment.
• Coordinate with government teams to resolve incidents and restore services.
• Support cybersecurity procedures and vulnerability remediation.
• Monitor and document incidents, actions, and outcomes.
• Assist with system upgrades, access provisioning, and audits.
