Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Program Director, DoW Radar to lead the DoW Radar programs within the Value Add Assembly product line.

You will partner with manufacturing, engineering, quality, facilities, purchasing and customer service to ensure contract execution and program performance. The role includes strategy development, ROI and roadmaps, leading a growing team of program managers, and collaboration with business development and sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in Aerospace & Defense manufacturing.
• Experience with organizational change in A&D electronics industry.
• LI-VM1 LI-IEBU

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and leadership for the DoW Radar group.
• Set goals including orders, sales, growth, and budgets.
• Lead program managers to meet schedules and budgets.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, sales, and QA.
• Develop market, product, and technology strategy aligned with corporate plan.
