Overview

Dover, DE - IT - DHSS - DPH - Business Analyst 2

The BA in this role will serve as a business team lead on the DPH Health Systems Protection Modernization (HSP) project. DPH HSP has several legacy systems related to permitting and inspections of regulated business in Delaware. The legacy systems also include a financial accounting system used for invoices and payment tracking. DPH is engaged in a project to modernize these legacy systems into their Salesforce environment.

Responsibilities

• Participation in requirements gathering sessions.
• Understanding the business processes and the needs of the business team.
• Learn the functionality of the existing DPH Salesforce systems (Food Protection, Financial Services, Lead) and the enhancements that are planned for these systems as a part of the project.
• Lead user training activities.
• Participate in system testing scripts/scenarios development and review.
• Perform and lead user acceptance testing.
• Review and comment on deliverables.
