• Provide tier two support for technical infrastructure.
• Coordinate with vendors for tier three support when necessary.
• Ensure high-priority issues are resolved promptly.
• Maintain environment uptime and troubleshoot hardware problems.
• Write purchase justifications and understand basic routing concepts.
• Identify, track, and resolve issues, risks, and action items.
• Review, prioritize, and research service requests.
• Estimate time and schedule for own work, resolving issues timely.
