Job Description

We are seeking a strong C# Software Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team. You will support, design, implement, and test products for the Delaware Criminal Justice Information System.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience with software maintenance, diagnosing, and problem correction
• Experience in design, development, and testing of new software features, bug fixes, for mission-critical systems with a focus on reliability
• Strong knowledge of modern C# language features
• Ability to work from the command line using PowerShell and Bash
• Adherence to coding style guidelines, including linting and editor config support
• Ability to write secure code complying with agency and state standards
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Experience documenting software requirements and technical specifications
• Effective communication within development teams
• Strong ownership, responsibility, and initiative
