Job summary

Voodoo Doughnut Tempe is hiring Doughnuteers for the closing shift at our Tempe, AZ location. Availability between 4pm and 3am and weekend availability are required. These roles can be part-time or full-time depending on candidate preference.

You will deliver guest service, keep the shop clean, and help with doughnut preparation in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes integrity, teamwork, and a positive attitude with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current food handler’s card indicating working knowledge of health code and safety regulations.
• One-year customer service or bakery experience preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Demonstrate a superior work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Take and fulfill guest orders, process payments, make accurate change, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Answer the phone to assist guests with questions or placing future orders.
• Accept delivery of product, unload pallets and organize using FIFO standards.
• Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during peak volumes or events.
• Assist with cleaning and stocking of food preparation areas and utensils.
