Job summary

Voodoo Doughnut in Bellevue, WA is seeking Shift Supervisors for closing shifts. Availability 4pm–12am is required to ensure smooth operations, guest experience, and safe store protocols. You will lead a fast-paced team, coordinate shifts, and monitor service quality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, overnights & holidays.
• Current food handler's card or ability to obtain one upon hire.
• Positive and professional attitude; team-oriented and reliable.
• Prior experience in food service, bakery production, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Directs team members to stations to ease operational flow.
• Monitors shift service and lobby appearance to promote a positive guest environment.
• Coaches and provides timely feedback to team members on shift.
• Assists and supports training of team members through positive reinforcement.
• Maintains an energetic, inviting, and safe atmosphere during shift.
• Communicates production numbers and collaborates with management to meet sales targets.
