Via 313 Park Meadows is seeking a Dough Prep Crew member to help prepare the dough that forms the foundation of our Detroit-style pizzas. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to recipes in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, kitchen, prep, bakery, or food production preferred but not required.
• Current Colorado Food Handler Certificate or ability to obtain after hire.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to follow recipes, prep procedures, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizza dough according to Via 313 recipes and standards.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately.
• Portion, weigh, shape, and store dough.
• Follow proofing, rotation, labeling, and storage procedures.
• Prepare ingredients and complete additional kitchen prep as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe prep area.
• Stock and organize ingredients and supplies.
• Work with the kitchen team to be ready for service.
