Job summary

King’s Hawaiian is seeking a Mixer Operator for our Oakwood, GA facility to support dough production by loading ingredients and operating mixing and scaling equipment, while ensuring cleanliness and autonomous maintenance on the line.

You will monitor product specs, log batch data, and adhere to GMP and 5S standards. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, and 2 years of food manufacturing experience is preferred; overtime and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or food production experience preferred.
• Must be able to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures in English.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and measurement conversions.

Responsibilities

• Attends equipment that automatically mixes fats, water, and dry ingredients to make dough.
• Weighs and adds ingredients as needed and monitors equipment.
• Records mixing information on mixing sheets and logs batch data.
• Inspects equipment for cleanliness and proper operation; reports issues to supervisor.
• Maintains sanitation and 5S standards; assists with autonomous maintenance as required.
