Responsibilities

• Ensures dough consistency by proper scaling and time/temperature control per production standards.
• Keeps production schedule by ensuring dough is mixed efficiently and reaches dividers on time to maintain flow.
• Records dough temperature, mixing times, and other required data.
• Maintains cleanliness of work areas.
• Follows all company policies and safety rules.
• Performs other duties as directed by supervision.
• Ensures compliance with EEO, harassment, safety, and Sarbanes-Oxley policies.
• Supports fulfillment of work schedules and attendance policies.
