Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide residents’ personal hygiene by assisting with bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with meals, feeding, ambulation, turning and positioning.
• Assist with lifting and transporting residents safely.
• Participate in meal service and document snacks and hydration.
• Check vitals, monitor weight, and record intake/output.
• Maintain cleanliness and confidential resident information.
