PeopleReady in Fresno, CA is hiring a Double Forklift Driver to safely operate a double forklift, move pallets, and support warehouse operations. This role offers day and evening shifts and a steady schedule with opportunities to grow within a leading staffing company.

You'll be responsible for accurate staging, equipment inspections, safety compliance, and collaborating with teams to ensure smooth receiving, storage, and distribution tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a Double Forklift or Double Reach Forklift.
• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
• Ability to operate forklift safely in a busy warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Double Forklift/Double Reach Forklift to move, load, unload, and stage materials.
• Transport pallets and products throughout the warehouse and designated work areas.
• Safely place and retrieve pallets from warehouse racking at various heights.
• Load and unload trailers, trucks, and delivery vehicles.
• Accurately stage products according to production, shipping, or warehouse requirements.
• Move materials between storage, production, shipping, and receiving areas.
• Inspect forklift equipment before each shift and report any mechanical or safety issues.
• Follow proper forklift operating procedures and all company safety policies.
• Maintain proper awareness of pedestrians, equipment, racks, and other obstacles while operating the forklift.
• Ensure products are handled carefully to prevent damage.
• Assist with general warehouse duties when needed, including organizing, cleaning, staging, and material handling.
• Verify product quantities, pallet labels, and locations when moving or storing materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company procedures regarding safety, productivity, quality, and attendance.
• Perform other warehouse and material-handling duties as assigned
