You will monitor machine performance, adjust settings, and troubleshoot issues while collaborating with quality control and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.

Flexibility with Sunday–Friday morning shifts starting at 7:00 AM, with a focus on safety and procedural compliance.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience operating manufacturing machinery, preferably in non-durable goods production.
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine equipment maintenance.
Ability to read and interpret production documents and quality standards.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Operate double-backing machines according to established procedures and safety standards.
Monitor machine functions and product quality, making necessary adjustments to maintain specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Identify and report mechanical issues or production irregularities promptly to maintenance teams.
Maintain accurate production records and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Assist in training new operators and support continuous improvement initiatives.
