Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions including reading a tape measure, and blueprints.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Team-oriented and self-directed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines in designated department.
• Ensure proper setup: cover sheets, load tags, and materials.
• Stack finished product per factory master.
• Monitor quality and report issues.
• Complete reports accurately and timely.
• Submit maintenance work orders and assist with equipment upkeep.
• Adhere to safety policies.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
