Job summary

Value Innovation Labs Inc. is seeking a seasoned .NET production support engineer to monitor and maintain critical applications in production environments.

You will investigate incidents, troubleshoot defects, and identify root causes while documenting procedures and runbooks for ongoing support. Ideal candidates have 5–9 years of experience, familiarity with RCA, log analysis, and CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps or equivalent tools.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of experience in .NET production support.
• Strong debugging and incident response skills.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving production defects.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain .NET applications and services in production.
• Investigate incidents, troubleshoot defects, and identify root causes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and support procedures.
• Coordinate with business users, infrastructure teams, and stakeholders to resolve issues and communicate status.
