Job summary

Synechron, a global consulting firm, is seeking a highly skilled .NET Developer with Angular and AI to join our development team in Charlotte, NC. You will design, develop and maintain scalable web apps using .NET technologies and Angular, while integrating AI-driven features into business applications.

The role spans backend, frontend, and AI knowledge, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on performance, security, and modern Microsoft stack practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Full Stack Developer.
  • Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET.
  • Experience with Angular and SQL Server or other relational databases.
  • Experience developing and consuming Web APIs and ORM tools (Entity Framework, LINQ).
  • Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps and CI/CD.
  • Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Developer with strong experience in Angular and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using .NET technologies and Angular, while also integrating AI-driven features and intelligent automation solutions into business applications. This role requires a combination of backend, frontend, and AI knowledge to deliver modern, high-performance software solutions.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $95k - $105k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role
Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC / Web API
  • Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using Angular
  • Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers
  • Integrate AI/ML models, APIs, or intelligent services into enterprise applications
  • Work on features such as chatbots, recommendation systems, predictive analytics, NLP integrations, or automation tools
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security
  • Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical documentation
  • Ensure software quality through unit testing, integration testing, and performance tuning
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies in Microsoft stack, Angular ecosystem, and AI tools/frameworks
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Full Stack Developer
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • C#
  • .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET
  • Angular
  • SQL Server or other relational databases
  • Experience in developing and integrating Web APIs
  • Knowledge of Entity Framework, LINQ, and ORM tools
  • Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, or other version control / CI-CD tools
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
Preferred, but not required:
  • Experience working with Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning solutions
  • Knowledge of AI-related tools, frameworks, or services such as:
  • OpenAI APIs
  • ML.NET
  • Python for AI integration (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP) or chatbot frameworks
  • Experience deploying applications on Azure or other cloud platforms
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker
  • Understanding of authentication/authorization mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth
  • Exposure to modern DevOps practices
