DOT Driver - Class A CDL with Tanker & Hazmat (Transportation)

Total Safety is seeking a DOT Driver to join our safety-conscious team! The CDL Driver operates a commercial truck and various trailers to pick up, haul, and unload equipment and supplies to and from job sites and customer locations, complying with current DOT regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Follow safety and operational checklists for each trailer type before each haul and complete DOT and company documentation.
2. Ensure timely delivery and pick-up at designated customer locations.
3. Inspect equipment for damage or excessive wear when picking up and note any issues.
4. Comply with current DOT regulations.
5. Complete all delivery and pickup documentation accurately and obtain customer signatures for proper invoicing.
6. Perform basic maintenance and care of assigned vehicles and trailers.
7. Conduct regular inspections of trucks and trailers to ensure safety and maintenance standards are met, documenting all findings.
8. Assist in facility operations, including stocking shelves, staging, and loading customer orders, and maintaining a clean work environment.
9. Assist others as needed and perform emergency roadside repairs if required.
