Job summary

Irving Oil in Concord, NH is seeking a Seasonal Fleet & Driver Compliance Specialist to help ensure DOT regulations and fleet documentation are up to date.

You will manage driver files, perform screenings, track expirations, and coordinate testing, with a focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in administrative, compliance, transportation, or logistics is preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and driver qualification files is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage DOT driver and technician files and onboarding compliance requirements.
• Conduct and track driving record reviews, background checks, and screenings.
• Monitor medical certificate compliance and renewal documentation.
• Provide updates on upcoming certifications, licenses, and expiration dates.
• Maintain driver records in JJ Keller system and manage departures.
• Track drug/alcohol testing, including quarterly random programs.
• Maintain Hazmat credentials and testing records.
• Keep fleet documentation: registrations, plates, fuel cards, insurance, IFTA, and permits.
• Process vendor invoices for medical testing and fleet resources; order E-ZPass transponders.
