Job summary

Pick Your Part Central LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a responsible driver to operate a company vehicle, pick up vehicles from auto auctions or private parties, load and secure them, and complete required paperwork with accuracy.

You will drive safely, follow DOT procedures, verify loads, obtain signatures, and deliver vehicles to the plant, while maintaining records and complying with company policies and FMCSA regulations. Must be 21+, have a valid license, and pass DOT requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of related experience preferred.
• At least six months of warehouse operations experience preferred.
• At least one year of commercial driving experience or a certificate from an accredited commercial driving school preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Must qualify for corporate insurance programs, including vehicle insurance.
• Must meet DOT testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and meet DOT/FMCSA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle to pick up vehicles from auto auctions or private parties.
• Load vehicles onto the company truck and secure the load.
• Verify loaded vehicles and collect paperwork; obtain signatures at pickup locations.
• Make payments with company check and ensure accuracy of orders.
• Deliver vehicles to the plant and maintain load integrity and records.
