Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Class A CDL with HazMat and articulate endorsements.
• One year driving experience preferred.
• Must pass DOT drug screen and DOT physical.
• Able to read, write, speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform safe and legal operation of commercial motor vehicles.
• Load and unload trailers and move freight at the terminal dock.
• Record quantities using bills of lading and delivery receipts.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Develop and maintain professional relations with customers.
• Hook/unhook trailers and manage landing gear.
• Inspect equipment for defects and safe operation.
• Fuel trucks and tractors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
