Job summary

Trinity Health Southeast Michigan is seeking a full-time radiation oncology dosimetrist to join seven medical physicists and seven dosimetrists across six facilities, primarily covering the Pontiac/Oakland, MI location. On-site with some remote flexibility; ARIA, Eclipse, Varian systems and CyberKnife HDR programs are utilized. Bachelor’s degree in radiation therapy/dosimetry required; CMD preferred; 5+ years’ experience expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with coursework in radiation therapy and dosimetry, or equivalent.
• Certified Medical Dosimetrist preferred.
• At least five years of work experience in a progressive radiation oncology facility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Behaves in accordance with the Mission, Vision and Values of Trinity Health System.
• Duties are typical of Medical Dosimetrists working in a multi-center facility utilizing linear accelerators and state of the art software, hardware, and planning techniques.
