Job summary

People Fluent is seeking a qualified Medical Dosimetrist to perform treatment planning and patient dose calculations at the 3965 Grt Center Administr. You will ensure the transfer and accuracy of treatment plans into the electronic chart and work with CT/Simulation staff to immobilize and set up patients for treatment.

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Science is required; Certified Medical Dosimetrist or Board eligibility and a Master’s Degree in Dosimetry are preferred qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Science field from an accredited college or university.
• Skills - Radiation Dosimetry, Radiation Protection and Physics, Oncology and Imaging and Computer Proficiency.
• Preferred Requirements Certified Medical Dosimetrist or Board eligible; Master's Degree in Dosimetry

Responsibilities

• Perform Treatment Planning and patient dose calculation activities.
• Responsible for ensuring the transfer and accuracy of patient treatment plans and documentation into the electronic chart.
• Work with CT/Simulation Therapist to properly immobilize and set up patients in treatment
