TenCate Protective Fabrics is seeking a full-time loom operator in Zebulon, GA. You will operate assigned looms, weave yarn into cloth, and monitor equipment to ensure quality and efficiency on the production floor.
You will perform hourly quality checks, record results in the Porini System, and follow the weaver's cycle for repairs and thread handling. Safety rules must be followed, and teamwork is essential.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
This job operates in a manufacturing environment. The candidate is frequently exposed to noise, dust and some chemicals, and moving mechanical parts requiring the use of appropriate personal protective equipment including safety glasses, hearing protection and safety-toe footwear.
The candidate must have good hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity. While performing the duties of this job, the candidate is regularly required to talk, walk at a brisk pace, stand for extended periods of time, and hear. The candidate will be required to reach out and overhead with hands and arms, bend, lean, stoop, kneel, step up/down steps frequently, and occasionally lift up to 50 Ibs. Specific vision abilities required by this position include color vision, close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision.
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are determined by shift. Weekends and overtime may be required as job duties demand.
This position requires little to no travel.
High School Diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency Certificate preferred.
