Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Six month’s experience in education or similar field.
• Knowledge of report writing and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residents and assist with daily activities.
• Provide informal counseling on stress and personal issues.
• Document student records and input data into the CIS.
• Prepare reports and maintain logs of student progress.
• Lead life skills groups and support student welfare.
• Ensure safety, security, and cleanliness of dormitories.
