Qualifications

• Assists students in adjusting to Center life with supervision and mentoring.
• Provides daily supervision and monitoring of activities and responsibilities.
• Offers informal counseling on stress, personal problems, emergencies, or home situations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports and logs documenting daily progress, behavior and notes.
• Annotate records to reflect student performance, incidents and communications.
• Lead life skills groups on budgeting, renter’s rights, leases and chores.
• Facilitate small group discussions on life skills, peer mediation and conflict resolution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
