Qualifications

• Experience managing and supervising others.
• Ability to delegate and oversee administrative tasks.
• Willingness to learn and become proficient in the local language.

• Set vision and oversee the operations of the dorm.
• Model discipleship and evangelism through dynamic spiritual conversations.
• Provide leadership and oversight to the ministry.
• Oversee Dorm Team and Staff through clear roles and responsibilities.
