Job description

The University Dorm Leader will serve in Cambodia, setting vision and providing oversight to the University Dorm ministry in Phnom Penh. The purpose is to provide a safe and loving environment while nurturing the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual development of the students in their care.

This role will set vision and oversee the operations of the dorm and its programs. In this role, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate and teach Biblical truths that will shape the lives of young Cambodian men and women, discipling and equipping them to live out those truths and share them within their communities. In addition, they will have opportunities to train and develop national leaders and partner with government officials to equip these young adults.
