Job summary

Automation Personnel Services in Antioch, TN is seeking Assemblers to assemble windows and doors according to detailed instructions and blueprints. You will operate hand and power tools, perform quality checks, and prepare units for shipment in a fast-paced environment. A strong attention to detail and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required. Previously in manufacturing or construction is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow written/oral instructions.
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Familiarity with general hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble windows and doors according to detailed instructions and blueprints.
• Operate hand and power tools to cut, measure, and join materials.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Package and prepare assembled units for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and protocols.
