Lifetime Roofing, LLC in Baton Rouge is seeking energetic Entry Level Sales Representatives to join our field-based team. This role is outdoorsy and outdoors-facing, focusing on generating leads and setting roof inspections while supporting growth into high-earning sales positions.

You will be the first contact with potential customers, helping homeowners begin the process toward a better roof through lead generation and inspection setup. Training is provided, with clear paths to advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on foot in heat.
• Outgoing, confident communicator with people skills.
• Self-motivated and able to take initiative and learn.

Responsabilités

• Knock on residential doors in assigned neighborhoods.
• Initiate conversations with homeowners and schedule roof inspections.
• Assist senior salesperson to keep inspection calendar full.
• Track activity with basic notebook and text/call system.
• Distribute flyers and brochures to market services.
• Report daily activity and results to sales team.
• Develop real sales skills to increase income.
