Lifetime Roofing is hiring energetic, outgoing Entry Level Sales Representatives for our Slidell team. This field-based role involves going door-to-door, generating leads, and setting up roof inspections in residential neighborhoods.

You’ll work outdoors, communicate with homeowners, and build a pathway to high earnings through training and performance-based commissions. No desk job; growth potential is highlighted throughout the program.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work outdoors and in heat.
• Outgoing personality with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Knock on residential doors in assigned neighborhoods.
• Start conversations with homeowners and schedule roof inspections.
• Work alongside a salesperson to keep inspections calendar full.
• Track activity with a simple notebook and text/call system.
• Market services by distributing flyers and materials.
• Report activity and results daily to sales/management.
• Learn real sales skills to grow income.
