Responsibilities

• Knock doors in Hudson neighborhoods.
• Introduce Xclusive to homeowners and learn about painting projects.
• Set estimate appointments for estimators and log them in the system.
• Track doors, conversations, and appointments set each shift.
• Attend team huddles and coaching to sharpen your pitch.
