Astound is seeking a dynamic door-to-door residential sales professional in Illinois. In this role, you will meet with residents and property managers to present internet service solutions, gather quotes, and close sign-ups.

You’ll operate in a fast-paced field environment with strong mentorship and a clear path to high earnings through uncapped commissions. The position offers a base salary of $40,000 plus commission incentives and benefits.

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced field environment.
• Face-to-face prospecting and relationship-building with residents and managers.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.
