Job summary

Astound is seeking a results-driven, door-to-door sales professional to join our residential sales team in Illinois. You will establish relationships with residents and property managers, present service solutions, and close sign-up orders in a fast-paced field role.

The role features a $40,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions with a compensation potential that can exceed six figures for top performers. Flexible scheduling and a protected territory are provided to support success.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face residential sales experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers in residential areas through face-to-face interactions with residents, property management groups, and referrals.
• Pursue leads provided daily with activity and discipline.
• Understand property contract language, service levels, and obligations to articulate suitable solutions.
• Distribute marketing material and participate in strategic marketing campaigns to boost Astound brand awareness.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics to management.
• Stay informed about competitor activity in your market.
