Astound seeks a driven outside sales representative to independently secure residential service contracts in Illinois. You will meet residents and property managers, present solutions, and close sign-ups with base pay and uncapped commissions.

This role emphasizes field work, daily lead follow-up, and relationship-building with customers. You will operate in a fast-paced, outdoor environment, reporting sales activity, and collaborating with the team to meet quotas.

Formación

• Face-to-face sales experience in residential settings preferred.
• Proven ability to work outdoors and meet targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously in the field.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire new residential customers through face-to-face interactions.
